1. Program Description

Chili Auto Outlet offers a text messaging program to communicate with customers and prospects who opt in. Depending on the opt-in you selected, messages may include: appointment confirmations and reminders, vehicle and financing status updates, and service and customer-care replies (informational / transactional); and/or offers, promotions, and inventory alerts (marketing). Marketing and informational messages are offered as separate programs with separate opt-ins.

2. How to Opt In

You opt in by checking the applicable SMS consent box on our website form at https://app.gocloseline.com/lot/chili-auto-outlet, or by texting a keyword we provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity and the program you joined.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Chili Auto Outlet does not charge for the messages, but your mobile carrier's rates apply.

5. Opt-Out — STOP

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP (or END, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, or QUIT) to any message. We will send one confirmation message and then send no further messages, unless you opt in again.

7. Supported Carriers & Delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed.

9. Eligibility

10. Changes

We may update these terms; continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.
